Jeremy is a seasoned trial and appellate lawyer known for his tenacity and ability to successfully apply bold and creative strategies.

Jeremy’s practice focuses on business and real property disputes, estate litigation, civil appeals, solicitor’s fee disputes, and judicial review of municipal and provincial government decisions.  He has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Jeremy has for many years represented pro bono clients in the British Columbia Court of Appeal.  In recognition of his commitment to providing access to justice, Access Pro Bono presented Jeremy with the 2014 Allen Parker, Q.C. Award for Representation Services.
